- Email Address and Profile Information: Collected when you sign in with Google or create an account using your email address. This includes your name and profile picture.
- Account Type: Whether you are a Developer or Tester (roles are pack-specific, not account-wide).
1.2 Activity and Testing Data
We collect information about your participation in packs and testing activities:
- Pack Participation: Which packs you've joined, your role in each pack (Developer or Tester), and when you joined.
- Testing Activity: Tasks you've completed, feedback you've submitted, app responses and reviews, time spent testing, and timestamps of your activities.
- Token Rewards: Tokens earned, token balance, token transactions, and pack closures.
- Communication: Feedback submissions, reports, and complaints you file or receive.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the app, we may collect certain information automatically:
- Device Information: Mobile device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Analytics: How you interact with the app, features used, screen time, and navigation patterns.
- Technical Data: IP address, app version, and crash reports.
1.4 Third-Party Services
We use third-party services that may collect information:
- Google Sign-In: Used to allow you to sign in with your Google account.
- Firebase Authentication: Used to securely manage your account and sign-in.
- Firebase Firestore: Used to store your account data, pack memberships, feedback, and tokens.
- Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase to understand app usage and improve the user experience.
- Google Play Services: Used for app functionality and updates (Android).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain pack functionality and testing workflows.
- Manage your account, packs, and token rewards.
- Facilitate feedback submission and app testing between developers and testers.
- Process and resolve member complaints and reports.
- Track pack activity, completion, and token distribution.
- Improve and personalize your experience.
- Monitor and analyze usage, trends, and platform safety.
- Enforce our terms and payment policies.
- Send notifications about pack activity, tasks, and feedback.
3. Data Storage
3.1 Cloud Storage
Your account information, pack memberships, testing activity, feedback, and tokens are stored in Firebase Firestore. This data is securely encrypted and backed up.
3.2 Local Storage
Some data (such as app preferences, cached content, and local notifications) may be stored locally on your device. This data remains on your device unless you clear the app's cache or uninstall it.
3.3 Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, though we may retain anonymized data for analytics and legal compliance purposes.
4. Payment and Token Information
CoPac does not process direct payments from users. Tokens are earned through participation and are not purchased with real money. Members are never asked to use personal payment methods to test apps or participate in packs. If you encounter a request for payment, please report it immediately as a policy violation.
5. Complaints and Reports
When you submit a member complaint or task report, the following information is collected and reviewed by administrators:
- Your identity and the identity of the reported member or task.
- The category and details of your complaint.
- The admin's decision and any notes provided.
Complaint records are retained for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.
6. Children's Privacy
Our app is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- You can update your profile information at any time from within the app.
- You can manage notification preferences from within the app or through your device settings.
- You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which will remove your data from our system within 30 days.
- You can request a copy of your data by contacting us.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, and deletion. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
